Catalyst Ability was established in 2021 after Stu Timms, founder of Catalyst Ability, felt that disability support could be different, better, and more focused on individual's their quality of life.
Stuart has a Masters in Social Work, has lived with a Quadriplegia for the past 15 years, is an NDIS Participant and knows first hand what it’s like to have people in your home and part of your daily life. The name 'Catalyst' was chosen because he recognized that having the right supports around you can be the catalyst to a better life!
Catalyst Ability has a diverse team of support workers who love what they do and care deeply about making a positive difference to the lives of others.
